Is this campaign still ongoing? I'm particularly interested in also, the idea of a general boycott of standing charges, is there any effort being made towards that. I do not think it tolerable that people should pay anything except in direct proportion to actual usage, is anyone here working towards getting so many standing-charge boycotters that the companies are forced to back down? And how does one boycott only part of a bill, every method of payment (direct debit, online portals...) has the amount set by the water co not the payer, how can you pay only the bit they deserve ratheer than the full amount they illegitimately demand? Thanks
